23nd FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship

18 August - 26 August 2018
In mid August, the Australian Balloon Team will be heading to Groß-Siegharts, Austria to compete in the 23nd FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship. They will be competing against 102 of the World’s best pilots from 31 countries.
The competition will consist of morning and afternoon flights over a week (18 Aug - 26 Aug). The team will arrive about 4 days earlier to get their gear organised and get a number of practice flights in before the competition begins.
